    Your health & safety is and always will be our priority, which is why we are following both government and professional healthcare advice on Covid prevention for the foreseeable future.

     

    In addition, our frontline staff will also be Covid tested twice per week  by lateral flow test to ensure the highest possible levels of safety and professional standards. 

    ​

    If we have to see you in person to test your hearing or remove wax, our audiologists will always wear medical grade PPE; face masks & goggles where possible and gloves. We will also ask you to wear a mask whist our staff are in your home.

     

    We hope you understand that this is for everyone’s safety, and for as long as Covid 19 is a risk to our patients and our staff.
